Ingredients: Serves 1
□ 2 oz Heihachiro
□ 1 oz Dry Vermouth (Noilly Pratt, preferably)
□ 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
□ 1/2 oz Licor 43 or Navan
□ 1/2 oz lemon juice
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Heihachiro is a full-bodied and aromatic sweet potato shochu. Its mature characteristics go well with foie gras, tuna and any meat dishes.
