Salt + Charcoal / Sushi Nakazawa
Williamsburg’s Japanese charcoal grill restaurant, Salt + Charcoal, and West Village’s omakase sushi restaurant, Sushi Nakazawa, are teaming up and will serve a truly unique course menu for one night only. Salt + Charcoal’s executive chef Tadaaki Ishizaki, formerly of Joel Robuchon Ebisu, and acclaimed owner/chef, Daisuke Nakazawa will create a 5 Course Omakase dinner ($150) that includes Chef Nakazawa’s signature scallop dish with the magical touch of Chef Ishizaki and 5 nigiri sushi.
