Ashiura Jueki
Sam [10/15/13:14]
October issue of Chopsticks NY,ashiura jueki was very interesting and I would like to try.
Any idea where I can get one? Is there many different kinds?
I went Mitsuwa, but the product was different from the picture in the article...

I also saw this product at Bed, Bath & Beyond the other day. It was also a different kind from this. I think if you check the grocery stores listed in Chopsticks, I am sure they carry them.
