im looking to make Gyu-Nabe, not sukiyaki but gyu-nabe (cubed beef cooked in only miso sauce, no water or stock) i want to try this dish and other ten getting to the 1 resturant i know of in Japan i have no way of eatting. so i wantto make it but i dont know measurements or anything like that. i hope someone can help.
