This may seem an odd choice given all the options in NY but I highly recommend New Kam Man at 200 Canal Street in Chinatown. They have the best selection of chopsticks made in Japan that I have found in NY and the prices are incredible. They also have an incredible selection of Japanese pottery. The pottery and chopsticks are on the lower level.

I have just looked at these carbon fibre chopsticks. you might only be able to get online.

Thanks for the info guys. that carbon fiber chopstick will definitely make me look cool. looks like i will have to work some overtime before i can own it.
