depends on what kind you are looking for, but there is a japanese laser school called Lavender Laser in Midtown. Check the beauty guide in Chopsticks NY magazine for their info.

Chopsticks NY's Jan issue has the beauty school called NYBS. They teach make-up and they offer the free one day class to the readers for limited seats.
