Dassai 50?
Antonio [09/25/11:59]
Does anyone know where I can buy the sake Dassai 50?
ekas [09/30/19:20]
I saw it in Sakaya in the East Village (www.sakayanyc.com) and Landmark Wine & Sake in Chelsea (www.landmarkwinesake.com). Other stores might carry it but I'm not sure where.

I've never tried it before. Is it good?
Antonio [10/01/13:40]
Yeah, I tried it at the Chopsticks NY's reception, and THAT was the best sake I ever had. I went to Landmark but they only carry Dassai 23 which is like $100 too expensive to drink just for fun. Oh, also I tried the Dassai Nigori at Landmark. it just happened that they were doing the sake tasting, lucky me. Nigori was delicious but too sweet to my taste, so I want Dassai 50! It's addictive like CRACK!

Is it expensive?
Antonio [10/02/17:20]
Dassai Nigori was like under $3o or so, I'm not sure but not too bad for sake.

I love Dassai 23 the best, but Dassai 50 is as good as 23 price wise.

An elegant sake with a silky finish. Its refined flavor and gorgeous aroma go wonderfully with sushi and sashimi.
