Real Nomihodai in New York City?
Ishi [06/29/11:26]
I know that nomihodai's in japan are a little bit of a novelty and usually made for college students, but it's my girlfriend's birthday and I wanted to know if there is a nice izakaya that 5 or so of my friends can go and drink for a couple of hours, and be more authentic than what I have found (i.e., asahiya on 2nd avenue looks horrible)?

try Naniwa Of Japan on 46th street(between 5th Ave & Madison Ave).
