I think what I've had at Sachiko's on Clinton was botan ebi. I just know it was delicious.

The season for live ones are Feb to April in Japan.
It is toward the end of the season.

Hatsuhana Park, Hatsuhana, Sushi Zen, Sushi Den, Tomoe Sushi, Sushi Yasuda, Sushi of Gari
