I recently when to japan and saw the traditional tea ceremony. it's kida weird but their rituals and the setting were so beautiful. Are there any places where I can learn how to do the tea ceremony? i'm not japanese and don't speak japanese, and i hear that tea ceremony got along history and tradition or something and they don't really teach you just for the fun of it. is it true?

The place to study is Urasenke New York. I believe they have an introduction one Wednesday per month.

It opens with a refreshingly fruity aroma and is followed by a rich flavor that strikes a perfect balance on the palate.
