I've never tried Saba bushi and don't know where to buy here.
But looks like Onigashima restaurant uses saba bushi in their broth.

Currently, they are closed for renovation and will reopen sometime next month.
Maybe they have better idea of whether those are available in the US for sale.

Saba bushi? like katsuo bushi?
Wow, love to try it.
I wonder Mitsuwa or Sunrise market have them?

YUZUOMOI

A brisk essence of yuzu citrus lingers comfortably on the palate. Its mild acidity encompasses the faint sweetness of yuzu.
