Annual anime convention, New York Anime Festival, will come back to Jacob K. Javits Center in Midtown Manhattan this fall. It will feature exclusive and extensive anime screenings, guests from Japan and America, manga, cosplay, video games, live-action Japanese cinema, fashion, food, and treasures that gave birth to Japanese pop culture. This event is operated by Reed Exhibitions, the world’s largest event organizer, which produces The New York Comic Con, BookExpo America, The London Book Fair, etc.

Whenever there's an Anime convention in New York, I always make it a point to attend. It's a lot of fun, and from what I hear, this years Anime Festival is going to be even bigger than last years!
I went this year, but I left early 'cause I got poked in the eye with a plastic lightsaber.
