INGREDIENTS
Chicken thigh 1lb
Long green onion
Shishito (a small sweet green pepper)
Sauce
Soy sauce 5 Tbsp
Mirin 4 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Step
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Thread each skewer with four pieces of chicken.
3. Roast the skewers on the broiler and pour the sauce over them.
4. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and roast them on the broiler too.
5. Set them near the chicken on the dish and it is finished.
