Tuna Zuke-don
Soy Sauce Tuna Bowl

INGREDIENTS
Tuna 2/3 lb.
Soy sauce 3 Tbsp.
Sweet sake 2 Tbsp.
Sake 1 Tbsp.
Rice
Leet (Welsh onion, raw cibol)
Step
1. Slice raw tuna into 5mm pieces.
2. Pickle tuna with Tare of soy sauce, sweet sake, and sake.
3.Scoop rice into a bowl and arrange pickled tuna evenly on top.
4.Top with finely chopped leet (Welsh onion, raw cibol).
