Ramen
james [11/03/10:54]
I've been trying ramen at most of the JP restaurants I go. I wonder how it will do to my health if I keep on eating almost one a day... Anyone have any suggestions? Or can I choose the smart side dishes to go with as far as nutrition goes?

Ramen soup is high in sodium. You could try soup-less noodles like ban ban ji (I don't know how to spell it) or hiyashi-chuka (chinese style cold noodles).
But, if you like ramen, you most likely love the soup, so you are doomed to have a high-blood pressure.

Thanks, KITI KAT
I see. So as long as I don't have the soup, then I can keep it under control?. Better then try the Tsuke-men or your recommended noodles. If anyone knows a good soup-less noodles, let me know!
