Best,

I like Ramen Setagaya. Their Shio-ramen has lots of flavor and is different from the usual shio-ramen.
Anyone?
I love the sound of mission #11. I love okonomiyaki and takoyaki. Do u know any place on Upper East? Or better yet, can I make it at home?
Kate,
Yes, you can make it at home. You will need special cooking pan(?) to make Takoyaki in that round shape. However, okonomiyaki is pretty easy to make. You can buy mix flour at Japanese grocery stores like Katagiri (if you are in Upper East side). You can be creative and put your favorite ingredients. The basic combination is sliced pork, cabbage, scallion, onion, dried shrimp, and yamaimo. I like personally it with some cheese or mochi in it.
Some of Japanese restaurants have Okonomiyaki on their menu.
Mission#9,
The Month of November, Tokubei 86 (86th and 2nd Ave) offers 30% off on Lunch. Their Bento Box is under $10.
